Language Acquisition C1

Description

Dieser Kurs richtet sich an Studierende, die GERMAN 302 bestanden oder anderweitig vergleichbare Kenntnisse des Deutschen erworben haben. Der Unterricht ist kommunikativ ausgelegt und die Unterrichtssprache des Kurses ist Deutsch. Ziel des Kurses ist flüssiges und grammatikalisch korrektes Deutsch auf GER-Niveau C1.1. 

This course is aimed at students who have successfully completed GERMAN 302 or acquired similar knowledge of German elsewhere. The approach is communicative, and the course is taught in German. The goal is to enable you to develop fluent and grammatically correct German at CEFR level C1.1. of the European Reference Framework for language proficiency. 

With successful completion of this course you will have the opportunity to: 

• understand a wide range of demanding, longer clauses, and recognize implicit meaning.
• express ideas fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions.
• use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes.
• produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organizational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices
