Description
Examines contemporary and historical understandings of kaumatuatanga, and kaumatua roles in Maori society. Topics include: leadership within Maori society; tuakana-teina, gendered roles and complementarity; whanaungatanga and important relationships; health inequities and policies; emerging health partnership models; and the diversity of kaumatua groups.
