Advanced Playwriting

Description

Develops skills in playwriting, with each student working under supervision. Supervision will require students to undertake revision and redrafting of their work. It is expected three drafts will be completed. Initially, students will be asked to make a proposal for a drama writing project of approximately one hour in length. The proposal will then be developed in consultation with the supervisor(s).

May also be begun in Semester 2 and completed in the following Semester 1. Projects must be submitted for approval by February 15 or July 1 as appropriate.

To complete this course students must enrol in DRAMA 720 A and B.
