Tradition and History in New Zealand Archaeology

Description
Examines Māori traditions and history as a guide to processes in New Zealand archaeology. Case studies will include Māori canoe traditions, the expeditions of Hongi Hika and Te Rauparaha and the Ngai Tahu settlement of the South Island.
