COMMS 307

Communication Internship

Description

Our "Communication Internship" provides experiential learning opportunities in media, public relations, advertising, sports broadcasting, screen production and corporate communication industries.

This is a limited entry course.  You will be required to attend a pre-course selection workshop and then prepare a professional CV before being accepted. You will need to enrol on the "wait list" for this course in Student Services Online, as well as completing the application form (application link below). Students are advised apply well in advance to complete their interview and participate in the search for a prospective internship position.  All internships have to be finalised before the start of each semester. Late applications cannot be accepted.

We recommend that you enrol in a full semester's worth of courses at the same time, because you are not guaranteed entry to this course.

COMMS 307 is taught in conjunction with CAREER 300.
