Description

Further development of basic proficiency in everyday French language to communicate in authentic situations. Delivered through two 90-minute sessions per week on campus, blended with online learning tasks that use interactive technology and extensive multimedia materials. A range of activities are used to develop speaking, listening, reading and writing skills and students’ strategies for autonomous learning.

Note: Students with NCEA level 2 French should enrol in this course. May not be taken if a more advanced language acquisition course in this subject has previously been passed.
