Description

The German speaking world is not only a global economic powerhouse, it also offers a rich and diverse cultural tradition and has witnessed radical political and social change. This course will introduce students to pivotal events and discussions that have shaped German identities from 1900 to the present and will offer an insight into the German speaking countries of Europe.
