Description

Focuses on the linguistic fields of German sociolinguistics and German applied linguistics and deepens the understanding of the current linguistic situation in the German speaking area.

A selection of topics, which may differ from year to year, drawn from the fields of German sociolinguistics and German applied linguistics and chosen to deepen the understanding of the current linguistic situation in the German-speaking area. The course will supplement the existing course GERMAN 213/313, and allow you the opportunity to take at least one course in linguistics as part of your major.
