Issues in Pacific Development
Description
A critical examination of the political and development issues in the Pacific. In particular, the course will examine the issues of political governance such as democracy, corruption and regime change as well as issues of national and regional development. It will explore the process of regionalism, in particular, regional governance and trade and the role of external powers in the geopolitics of the Pacific.
