Description
An advanced course on New Zealand politics and government. Topics include New Zealand’s constitutional arrangements, political leadership, participation and turnout, policy, MMP, electoral and parliamentary tactics, relations between the major and minor parties, Māori politics, polling and the media.
Assessment:
A seminar, essay, and a research proposal.
