Course attendance:          
one one-hour lecture: Thursday 1.00-2.00pm                 
one two-hour tutorial* :  Thursday2.00-4.00pm  Wednesday 2.00-4.00pm                                          

* the second seminar will always be held in the week following the lecture

Attendance at lectures and seminars is strongly encouraged and students should be aware that marks are awarded for participation in seminar-related activities.  The course coordinator reserves the right not to mark the work of any student who does not attend at least seven out of eleven seminars.
