Course book
The course book contains your essential readings, and is an important resource for your essay and for tutorial discussions.
You are expected to read the relevant parts of the course book before each lecture, and it is advisable that you bring it with you to your lectures and tutorials.
The course book is available for you to pick up from the School of Asian Studies at Arts 2 Building, 18 Symonds Street, Ask at the General Office on Level 4. You will need to show your Student ID. If you decide to delete the course, the copy should be returned to the Office.
Subject librarian
The Asian Studies subject librarian is Haiqing LIN. He is a very knowledgeable and helpful person to approach for any library resource-related problems. He will be instructing all CHINESE 130 students on library skills related to this course during Round 3 tutorials. Your library exercise will be based on the skills gained in these sessions.
